Vintage Perfume Bottle Card

Hello hellooooo!!!! Today I'm here to share with you a new card I made with the fantastic new release by Scrappy Tails Crafts called the "J'adore Collection".
I started by die cutting the perfume bottle with the beautiful "A2 Perfume Bottle" set from white card stock and from masking paper. I then cut out the middle of the masking tape bottle to separate the edges and top of the glass from the liquid inside.
I created the liquid with Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Ink. Using the same ink and a slightly darker ink, I stamped some small hearts inside the bottle. I darkened the edges of the liquid with lumberjack plaid Distress Oxide ink. I pulled off the masking tape and I colored the remaining glass with speckled egg Distress Oxide ink. Finally, I splattered everything with clean water and some coordinating inks.
I stamped a sentiment from the new "Designer Friends" 3x4 stamp set with black ink. I finished the perfume bottle with a brown cap and a red bow. I colored the cap with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink and the bow with Festive Berries Distress Oxide ink.
Next, I colored a white background with antique linen Distress Spray Stain and decayed Distress Mica Stain. I glued everything together onto my A2 top folding card base and embellished it with some gold baubbles from the "Pink Goddess" embellishment mix.
Well, thank you so much for passing by to read my blog today.
I wish you all an amazing rest of your day. Big hugs, Silvia!
