Here's my first design using the new A7 pop up box die. I used the tile panels included in the die set to create this gorgeous tile pattern around my entire box. The mattes were cut from gold foil card stock and layered behind the tile pieces, which I cut from dark red cardstock. Both the mattes and the tile panels, are included in the die set! There's also a pretty lace design you can use to decorate your boxes!
Inside the box, I created a poinsettia wreath using my new Candlelight poinsettia  6x6 stamp set and a circle die from my stash. In the center of the wreath, I gold heat embossed my sentiment. I didn't bother to add flowers around the entire circle, as I knew I would have some cardinals and lace in front of the wreath, covering the bottom of it completely. I die cut the lace pieces from gold and white card stock using my new Lacy Slimiline Borders die set. I love how the borders add even more elegance to this design! The cardinals are from my new Cardinal Blessings 6x6 stamp set. Both the poinsettias and the cardinals were hand stamped, colored with copics, and die cut with their coordinating dies. To finish the card, I "floated" a poinsettia behind my wreath by gluing it onto an acrylic "stick" you can also use left over packaging for this! I added one last poinsettia to the back of the card, and glued it directly onto the card base itself.

I wanted to showcase my new German Winter Village stamp set for this A7 pop up box. I designed this stamp to specifically work inside all of my new pop up boxes. This is a great scene building set to have in your stash! I used the plain square and rectangle dies from the A7 die set to cut some pattern paper that perfectly fit onto my card base. The scene inside the box, features a cute German village scene with German style houses, a church, a Christmas tree and some people! Even the sentiment on the front flap of the box is from the stamp set!
I added a coordinating A7 gift card holder to the back of this card. Be sure to check out the video tutorial to see what that looks like! I also added the new A7 mechanism to the bottom of the card to help the card pop right into place once it's taken out of the envelope! In my video tutorial, I share how to assemble the mechanism and attach it to the bottom of the boxes!
